Exchange and Return Policies

Do you want to exchange or return a product?

Making an exchange or return is very simple, just make sure you first meet the following criteria:

  • The product must not have been used, washed, or present any type of damage.
  • It must be in its complete original packaging and labels in perfect condition.
  • All accessories included with the product must be returned.
  • Returns are only accepted for items from the same order in one package. If you wish to return items from different orders, please do so separately to ensure a smooth returns process.


  • For changes: You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • For returns: You have 10 days from when you received the product.

Exchange/Return Process:

If you meet all the requirements mentioned, please follow the following steps:

  2. Fill out the form with the requested information.
  3. Go to the courier branch of your choice and send your product to the address: Lo Echevers 400 bodega 2 y 3, commune of Quilicura, Santiago .
  4. Notify us of the shipment of the product by contacting us at or via WhatsApp at +56 9 3258 5137 .

About Exchanges and Returns:

  • For exchanges: We will send you a gift card equivalent to the value of the returned product, with which you can make a new purchase in our online store. You will cover the cost of shipping the product to our warehouse, but don't worry about the return shipping; We will take care of it, and the gift card will include an additional fee to cover this shipping cost.
  • For Returns: The refund will be made once we confirm that the returned product meets all our requirements. The money refund process will take up to 7 business days from the day the product is received in our warehouse. The cost of sending the product to our warehouse is on you.
